Chicken and pork banger muffins
Makes 6 big muffins
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 cooked pork banger, sliced into 6
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chutney
1 teaspoon chilies
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Extra mayo for top
Grated cheese for top
Spices
Preheat oven to 200 oC. Prepare 6 muffin pan. Mix the flour together with the chicken, mayo, chutney, chilies, milk, oil and spices. Spoon into muffin pan. Press 1 piece of pork banger into each muffin, top with bit of mayo and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

Peppermint crisp cookies
Makes 21, depending on size
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon green coloring
2 x 49g bar Peppermint Crisp, chopped finely
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Prepare baking sheet. Mix ingredients, form walnut-size balls, place on baking sheet (not too close, they spread). Bake 12 minutes.

Cacao Aniseed Cookies
(like chocolate licorice)
Makes 10, depending on size
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup self-rising flour
1 large egg
3 heaped teaspoons Aniseeds, crushed
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. Mix all together, form balls and place on baking sheet – bake for 10 minutes.
