Makes 6 big muffins
250 g tinned baked beans
¼ cup veg oil
¼ cup boiling water
6 pieces cooked ham
½ cup self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 180 oC. Prepare a 6 big muffin pan. Mix the baked beans, oil and water together – stir in the self-raising flour. Spoon into the 6 muffin pan, press a piece of ham into each hole. Bake for 30 minutes. Recipe: Alma Pretorius
