Makes 6 big muffins
1 cup self raising flour
1 x 20g sachet Cup a Soup Lamb & Vegetable Soup Powder
6 cubes cooked lamb
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 200 oC. Mix the flour, soup powder, milk, oil and 3/4 of the cheese together. Spoon into prepared muffin pan. Press a lamb cube into each mixture and sprinkle with the other 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
