About 24 cookies, depending on the size
50 g vegetable oil
1/4 – 1/2 cup white sugar
100g chocolate chips
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup self raising flour
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. In mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Take walnut-size piece of mixture, roll in a ball on sheet. Press down lightly with a fork. Bake for about 12 minutes. Cool cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes, remove and let cool on wire rack.
