Some days I don't feel like muesli or Weetbix for breakfast .. this is such a quick and easy recipe!
Sweetcorn
muffins
1 cup
self rising flour
1 cup tinned creamed sweetcorn
2 teaspoons german mustard (optional)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ cup milk
¼ cup veg oil
(optional – 12 cubes feta cheese)

Preheat
oven to 180 oC. Grease 12 big muffin pan. Mix the flour, sweetcorn, mustard,
salt, rosemary, milk and oil together. Spoon into the muffin pan. (if you’re
using feta cubes, press 1 cube into each muffin mixture). Sprinkle dried
rosemary on top. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
