2020 - April 19 - blue cheese toasted sandwich

It's my birthday!  54 years young today.  Hein asked me earlier the weekend what I would like for breakfast ...

There are a few dishes that Hein excels at!  Toasted sandwiches are definitely one of them!  I don't even try to copy him - this is a treat.

So I asked for a toasted sandwich.  With some blue cheese in the fridge, Hein made me a blue cheese, cheddar toasted sandwich!

Hein bought some wood - we sat outside, watched the flames while listening to music.  I got a lot of sms's and phone calls.

It was just a lovely relaxed day.
