Today I am thankful to have relaxed last night, the middle
of the week, with Hein Pretorius in front of a wood
fire, while munching on Biryani nachos.
So this is a really cool idea how to stretch 1 - 2 cups leftover Biryani.
Doritos (any flavor) chips
Heated Biryani (ideally without any bones)
grated cheese(s)
Doritos on baking sheet, Biryani on top, cheese(s) and put under oven grill till cheese is melted.
