One of our favourite items on Spur's menu was their 'Devil's Fork mushrooms.' They don't have that anymore, but I had some lovely brown mushrooms and searched for a recipe.
Spur Devil Fork Mushrooms
3 packets small mushrooms
3 cups oil
120 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Aromat (other spices)
60 ml chopped garlic
Marinate the mushrooms in sauce for at least 4 hours. BBQ on coals. foodloversrecipes.com
Oh my goodness, these were just amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
