2020 - May 2 - spare rib pizza homemade -

Today I am thankful for a homemade spare rib pizza ...

First hubby Hein braaied pork riblets and pork rib chops ...


 
then I cut all the meat into small bits, smothered it in this sticky sweet marinade and refrigerated it for a bit.
I made the pizza dough ... after a rest of 15 min, I rolled out the dough, pricked it and baked it for 9 min. Brushed some of this sticky sweet marinade on the crust, added the bits of braaied pork, chilli, lots of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Baked it for 15 min, topped with raw onion rings and baked another 5 minutes.

Heavens!!! No restaurant spare rib pizza will be this good!!
