For lunch, I thought ... we have Jalapeno Doritos ... let's make nachos!
I used the Doritos – on an UNGREASED (if you grease the sheet, the crisps go soggy) baking sheet, drained a tin of tuna,
fork it onto the Doritos, sprinkle some cayenne pepper on, then cheese and some
dried oregano. Nachos!! Absolutely fantastic! Clever way to stretch a tin of tuna.
